I had a door installed 2 years ago and only after 2 years I notice a gap between the door and or frame. This was my fault not to check and it was well outside of the installation warranty period. Still, the Perfect home guys sent their repair team and had it fixed in no time, for free ! amazing sense of customer support, 100% recommended.

We have now had two Palladio doors supplied and installed over the last couple of years by this company. On both occasions the company has been excellent, friendly and professional to deal with. Quotes for different styles and options were quickly provided and proved competitive compared to other rival firms. The surveyors (Voytek for the first door and Jakob for the second) they sent out to measure the doors on both occasions arrived on time and discussed different options with us.
The fitter for both our doors Radec arrived on time and proved polite, friendly, pleasant and highly skilled. He took great care not to break any floor tiles when removing the old doors and where any internal plaster and any external render was damaged (which is normal when removing old doors) he did a superb and invisible repair.
Doors are high quality, no mess left behind to dispose of and the old doors were taken away at no extra cost (unlike some rival firms). We highly recommend this firm.

Chris fitted my window and patio doors, all was done to the highest standard, very happy with the quality of products and service provided.

Handle broke on the window in my son's room, so we couldn't close it - on the day before storm Éowyn hits. Rang a couple of places without getting much understanding or help. Then contacted Perfect Home Windows and they responded immediately despite the late notice and being overbooked. Lukas came out to us, fixed the problem fast and professionally. I will definitely be using PHW again.

Lovely young Man called ..we had a tampered back door which took quite abit of ingenuity a variety of tools and some grit and small but of brow sweat to unjam and restore. Job Done in under an hour.Fantastically !

The doors at my premises had become stuck or hard to open, close or lock. I contacted Perfect Home Windows & Doors and they promptly scheduled a service engineer to call in a few days. The service engineer was prompt, polite and very, very efficient getting everything done quickly and without fuss or mess. The cost of the service was very reasonable too and I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future. Highly recommend these guys for all your window and door servicing!

My window and door fitter Lukas did an amazing job despite the poor weather. His task was made all the harder by odd and crooked windows as the house was built in 1908. Despite all this, he worked tirelessly and completed the task to the highest standard. Fantastic!

Windows needed full service and was done by Kuba , friendly and at the same time very professional, job done excellent. Company was also very helpful with choosing which doors to order for front entrance, order was made in time how it was said by Voytek.
Installation of the same was done very neat and tidy, no messing around.

Worste experience i have ever seen, I was overcharged and ignored.

We were looking for a window and door to be fitted on an old shed that we have on our own garden. The Perfect Home Windows & Doors team recommended the best choice. They do look great and we already have had numerous compliments by friends and family after the final process. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product. After completing the job with the shed they also adjusted and sealed the other windows around the house that needed attention. The whole team are very knowledgeable and professional. Got quote to have window seals repaired and new handles fitted. Everything very prompt and done well except the fitter didn't have enough handles to finish all the windows. Said he would be back the following week to finish the job. I was very happy with work to that point and trusted it would be promptly completed. I called office and settled payment for the whole job, was advised on phone they'd be back soon.

7 weeks later, still have heard nothing, calling the number, texting or leaving voicemail all seem to be dead ends.

Perfect homes admin can be a bit slow from main office. But they eventually get there.

Excellent service from start to finish. A ball broke one of our windows, and we were able to get a quote, have someone come out to measure the window, have the glass ordered and have it fitted all in a week.
The service was very reasonably priced for the work that was done.
All the people we dealt with were fantastic. We would definitely use them again for any future repairs.

Had all windows serviced and all external doors replaced. Huge difference in heat retention and noise reduction. All fitters and servicers were punctual, pleasant and did very neat work. Pretty standard lead time - ordered in December, all work was done by the end of March. There was a scuff mark on the inside of one door, which was clearly the manufacturers fault rather than the fitters, as I was there when he pulled the protective coating off. Raised the issue and it was dealt with immediately.
