We recently had our home fully refitted with new exterior doors and windows.
Perfect Homes offered the most competitive price, and Voytek came recommended after supplying and fitting a patio door in our daughter’s home.
Choosing the new frames and doors was straightforward, with a user-friendly website and clear diagrams and plans.

Communication was good, and the installation went smoothly. The fitters, Lucas and Daniel (Connaught area) , were excellent—efficient, punctual each morning, and completed the work to a high standard. The interior plastering and exterior rendering were finished well, making decorating easier.
There was minimal damage when the existing windows were removed, and I was especially impressed that the bathroom tiles were left undamaged.
They kept everything clean and tidy throughout the five-day project and were extremely respectful.
They also kindly completed a small repair while working on the exterior plaster.

Great to deal with! I wanted a bright yellow door and other companies that I approached for a quote said no, they didn’t stock them but Perfect Homes found a way. All the guys who came to fit the windows and doors were really friendly and efficient. My new windows and doors look amazing and the guys left the house spotless. And very kindly, Simon even fitted my wall mounted post box for me!!

Can't fault the lads (Simon and Daniel) that have just completed fitting our new triple glazed windows. They arrived promptly each morning and wasted no time in getting to work. They worked extremely efficiently and were very tidy. All the workers that came to work on the job were very polite and friendly and were respectful to our home. We are very pleased with the finish on the completed windows and wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again.

I hadn't made a decision on the door knocker by the time of ordering and regretted it after, but Tomas came out last week and added a surface mounted one of my choosing. Small job, but the customer service you get for those is the same as the big jobs!

We absolutely love this company - they replaced our all doors 6years ago and we wanted them again to replace the windows.the frames look solid and have a nice design. We took triple- glazed windows and we can already feel the difference. The team replaced our windows very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Perfect Home Windows & Doors. They recently installed our new doors and windows. The pricing was fair, the communication was clear, and the workmanship was top-class. A brilliant, reliable team!

I’m waiting a year for several issues to be fixed. Damaged bay window not replaced. It was put in damaged. A different window was never installed properly. I paid for all house windows and back door to be replaced in 2025. They have not responded to my many phone calls and emails. I absolutely do not recommend this company

From speaking with Voytek. We dealt with a very friendly and professional team. We ordered two doors a Palladio front door and UPVC back door. 8 weeks delivery time. Daniel our fitter was very thorough. He was there for a day and half. All work carried out by him was perfect. Arrived each day on time. His work was very clean and tidy-on the job. Would highly recommend Perfect Home. And will be using again in the future.

Avoid these cowboys, they are a nightmare to deal with. Door installation took far longer than promised. Voytek measured incorrectly so the door and frame didn't fit properly causing a strong draft. He then wouldn't answer any calls to fix the problem he caused.

Would highly recommend luckas who fitted window hinges, seals, locks along with 2 door handles. He came on time, worked without any trouble cleaned up afterwards. He was polite and resspecful, an asset to the company no doubt...

The process couldn't have been more streamline. I'm living in the depths of rural Mayo and Lucas from Perfect Home Windows did a quick survey one day, gave an estimate and answered any questions I had. Done in a few minutes. Fast forward to the day the job was carried out and Lucas was back with all of the hardware and he powered on. The man had my patio door taken apart to get to the screws that held the runners in place. Put the glass back in and resealed everything. Amazing job. I was anticipating the comfort in terms of heat retention, I wasn't expecting how quiet the house became. No air whistling through the house. Outdoor sounds dampened. Much more comfortable and cosy. Having our door handles replaced brought more joy than I was expecting. All of the windows and doors have a 'new' feel to them. Tight seals, low friction hinges and shiny new handles. Highly recommended!

I designed and purchased my door from perfect home in Jul and it was fitted in in late September. The technician who fitted my door was very professional very neat and did a superb job. I love my door it looks fantastic and is so secure. I highly recommend perfect home.

I had the front door replaced at my home by Perfect Home Windows. From the interactive design tool on the website through to the fitting of the door everything was extremely efficient. Their time estimates from the ordering of the door to the installation of the door were spot on. The fitters did a great job including the finishing plaster work around the doorway and leaving no mess for me to clean up. Also they took away the old door and frame. I would highly recommend using Perfect Home Windows

Like all that have gone before me have said, the service by the perfect home team is at a really high level. We had a new door installed and we couldn’t be happier, the install job is extremely high quality and the team left the area immaculate when complete.

Avoid this company. Installed a door for 2.5k. It is faulty. Huge draft coming in. Many Months and phone calls later. No sign of replacement. Terrible communication. Avoid avoid avoid

We choose this company for new frontdoor installation. First part taking measurements was very fast, but installation date took bit longer waitng time as promised. But they explained why, and at the end we got our new doors. The guy who did the installation was very polite, high qualified Wojtek. The work was done in about 3h +/- ,very clean and accurate job. Doors looks stunning and perfect job execution. Highly recommend.

Absolutely do not recommend this company. Very poor communication, any attempts to get updates regarding an order went mainly unanswered. When we finally got our order after quite a delay, they only got one aspect of the order right, which was the outside frame color and finish, everything else was wrong. We ordered windows with Georgian bars and got plain glass, we ordered plain white finish on the inside but got the white wood grain and instead of chrome handles, we got white. They promised they would replace the handles this week but any attempts for an update have gone unanswered yet again. Do not pay them until all work is done would be my advice. I foolishly did pay them before they replaced the handles and feel I will never hear from them again. WhatsApp unanswered though the status shows someone is online. The one star is only for the installation team as they were very nice and left my house spotless and all plastered up nicely where damage was caused. Otherwise zero stars.

Absolutely love this company they did an excellent job on installing my new front door, their services were super efficient and they did and stood by everything they said they would from start to finish I'd an excellent experience with them. They even put new cement around the outer part of the door which before that had cracked uneven cement i didn't expect this from them. The quality of the door is a lot more superior then I'd ever expected it's so thick heavy and the sound it makes when it clicks closed is so nice once it closes it drowns out every single sound and i can feel the difference already as it's now warmer in the hallway i loved being able to personalize every aspect from designs to colors and another thing i never expected was it self locks once closed out so this is an excellent safety feature and it came with 3 keys, the people from the company were so nice and accommodating that they even offered to change the locks if i didn't like the door with that self lock option

I would not recommend this company. I requested an appointment to fix a broken window three weeks ago. I received a message the next day informing me that scheduling would be in touch soon. They messaged me today informing me that my appointment is scheduled for tomorrow but they can't give a time. So I'm expected to take a day off work with no notice and sit home all day waiting for them? Also did they really think I was waiting around for the past three weeks for them to contact me? I fixed the window myself. Absolutely joke...don't waste your time.

Very poor communication from this company from the get go. Unanswered WhatsApp messages , calls and voicemails. When you finally get an answer you are just fobbed off. Waiting weeks for an assessment which has never happened. Time wasted. Have now sourced another company who have given me a quote and start date for work within 2 days of initial contact!

I would never recommend this company. I have been emailing and messaging for window repairs and they either don't respond or respond with empty promises to assess but never follow through. I ended up getting a fabulous local man who did all my repairs to an exceptional standard. Don't waste your time with these people

Had my palladio door installed ahead of time i may add, by Chris who did an absolute great job. He was a gentleman and did a great job. Very neat and tidy. I'm thrilled with my new door.

The technician Voytek who fitted my door did a very good job and left the work site spotless when he had finished. Unfortunately the admin side of this company is not of the same standard, I am unable to get a receipt for the work done, there is only one contact number who is a lady working from home who says I will pass the message on to accounts but that is as far as it goes and still no receipt? I am told there is no other number i can ring in the organisation and they will get the owner to ring me about this matter?

Time wasters! Several emails, phone call and no response in regards to quotes.
I felt completly ignored...avoid is my opinion.

I had a door installed 2 years ago and only after 2 years I notice a gap between the door and or frame. This was my fault not to check and it was well outside of the installation warranty period. Still, the Perfect home guys sent their repair team and had it fixed in no time, for free ! amazing sense of customer support, 100% recommended.

We have now had two Palladio doors supplied and installed over the last couple of years by this company. On both occasions the company has been excellent, friendly and professional to deal with. Quotes for different styles and options were quickly provided and proved competitive compared to other rival firms. The surveyors (Voytek for the first door and Jakob for the second) they sent out to measure the doors on both occasions arrived on time and discussed different options with us.
The fitter for both our doors Radec arrived on time and proved polite, friendly, pleasant and highly skilled. He took great care not to break any floor tiles when removing the old doors and where any internal plaster and any external render was damaged (which is normal when removing old doors) he did a superb and invisible repair.
Doors are high quality, no mess left behind to dispose of and the old doors were taken away at no extra cost (unlike some rival firms). We highly recommend this firm.

Chris fitted my window and patio doors, all was done to the highest standard, very happy with the quality of products and service provided.

Handle broke on the window in my son's room, so we couldn't close it - on the day before storm Éowyn hits. Rang a couple of places without getting much understanding or help. Then contacted Perfect Home Windows and they responded immediately despite the late notice and being overbooked. Lukas came out to us, fixed the problem fast and professionally. I will definitely be using PHW again.
