My window and door fitter Lukas did an amazing job despite the poor weather. His task was made all the harder by odd and crooked windows as the house was built in 1908. Despite all this, he worked tirelessly and completed the task to the highest standard. Fantastic!

Lukas did an excellent job replacing door, window hinges and seals very thorough and knowledgeable at his work.

From the first contact everything went smoothly.
Windows needed full service and was done by Kuba , friendly and at the same time very professional, job done excellent. Company was also very helpful with choosing which doors to order for front entrance, order was made in time how it was said by Voytek.
Installation of the same was done very neat and tidy, no messing around.
I am very happy with work and front door.

Worste experience i have ever seen, I was overcharged and ignored.

We were looking for a window and door to be fitted on an old shed that we have on our own garden. The Perfect Home Windows & Doors team recommended the best choice. They do look great and we already have had numerous compliments by friends and family after the final process. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product. After completing the job with the shed they also adjusted and sealed the other windows around the house that needed attention. The whole team are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Perfect Home Windows & Doors and Natalie made the process smooth and easy.

Contacted perfect home for estimation great service .we had a call out within days given price for repairs on windows and doors immediately due to renovation works we could not go ahead straight away. Made contact months later they still had my details and was agreeable for same price.
Anthony called a week later lovely man great service ,quick and professional.

Got quote to have window seals repaired and new handles fitted. Everything very prompt and done well except the fitter didn't have enough handles to finish all the windows. Said he would be back the following week to finish the job. I was very happy with work to that point and trusted it would be promptly completed. I called office and settled payment for the whole job, was advised on phone they'd be back soon.

7 weeks later, still have heard nothing, calling the number, texting or leaving voicemail all seem to be dead ends.

Chris fitted my new front door this morning. The door was fitted to the highest standard, he was very friendly, profesionnal and cleaned everything before leaving. The full process was very smooth and I'm extremely happy with the service you provide. I definitely recommend !

Lucas came last year to fix a sliding door. The company we bought it from didn't want to know. We decided to get a new back door from perfect home, which was fitted by Lucas today. Perfect homes admin can be a bit slow from main office. But they eventually get there.

Excellent service from start to finish. A ball broke one of our windows, and we were able to get a quote, have someone come out to measure the window, have the glass ordered and have it fitted all in a week.
The service was very reasonably priced for the work that was done.
All the people we dealt with were fantastic. We would definitely use them again for any future repairs.

Had all windows serviced and all external doors replaced. Huge difference in heat retention and noise reduction. All fitters and servicers were punctual, pleasant and did very neat work. Pretty standard lead time - ordered in December, all work was done by the end of March. There was a scuff mark on the inside of one door, which was clearly the manufacturers fault rather than the fitters, as I was there when he pulled the protective coating off. Raised the issue and it was dealt with immediately.

Had a Palladio door installed by a fantastic fitter who was on time and extremely competent and did a fantastic job and left everything so tidy would highly recommend

Terrible, they quoted for a job, I told them tat I wanted to go-ahead via email and calling them, but nobody has responded. Clearly they don't want the work

Such a great company, professional and super effecient also fab customer service. Booked in for an assessment, very happy with the quote given. The next week we then scheduled in for window seals to be changed and a few hinges replaced. Very happy with the work completed and already noticing the difference. Would highly recommend.

Anthony called to service our windows, replace hinges & seals etc. He provided a great service, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave advice in terms of of heat retention and the projected life of window seals.

I was very please with the work Perfect Home windows and Anthony carried out on our home. Our windows needed a service and the difference is immediately noticeable in that they are sealing shut better reducing road noise and drafts. The assessment and quote service was also very quick and efficient.

Availed of the free assessment for our windows arranged through Eve. Anthony arrived and completed a thorough inspection of our windows and calculated a price for seals and hinges. We were very happy with his quote and knowledge, no pressure to commit. We were confident to allow Anthony back into our home to complete work. Very prompt, professional and friendly.The work was carried out to a high standard.Our home is so warm compared to before.We would 100% recommend him, he is a credit to the PH company.

It originally took months before we finally got an appointment, can't fault the guy who did the initial consultation and the actual work but the pre-and after sales department is such a let down that we can no longer recommend this company. Been waiting nearly a month now to get my invoice and still haven't received it despite asking for it multiple times.

Highly recommend. We purchased two exterior doors from Perfect Homes. The installers were professional, efficient and tidy. Unfortunately during one of the installations, a floor tile was cracked (not ideal but it happens). When I contacted Perfect Homes, they arranged for a tiler to call out and repair it within 48 hours. Very pleased with the level of customer support provided to remedy the issue, and would happily purchase again.

Would highly recommend. A very efficient service and we are very happy with both the finish and the condition our house was left in after 5 days of work. Everyone was lovely to deal with.
