Great and efficient service by Anthony. We moved into our first home a few months ago and right away noticed that all the windows and doors weren't sealed well. We called around a few companies but went with Perfect Home as the price & service seemed to be much better. Our previously coldest room in the house is now the warmest. We'll be looking into getting Perfect Home to replace the front door and another window next year too.

We have just had our windows repaired by Anthony from Perfect Home and we could not be happier! He did such a brilliant job! It was not an easy task, but he figured it out, didn't rush through it and stayed as long as he needed to complete the job right. Thank you so much to Anthony and also to Daniel, who did the assessment for us. We contacted the company at a very busy time, but they were very accommodating, helpful and responsive (thank you Caroline, Natalie, Wojtek!).

Tomas arrived on time on the specified date ...I got all the windows and doors serviced with hinges, handles and rubbers ..letter box...door lock etc ...excellent quality great price and house was left spotless after the work .. with big storm last night it was really easy to see how effective the repairs were ...house was so warm no breezes and so quiet ..no whistling wind ...I would highly recommend Tomas and this company

Thank you so much to the fitters who put in my windows. They were so nice and so clean 5 star. The only thing communication is not great from the office. You have to phone and email them all the time. Over all, it was a positive experience.

Fitted a door for me in February of this year, the door was 2 months late. The installation had a screw coming through the frame and damage to walls that were not part of the installation area. Since the installation I have still not received a receipt for the amount I paid or a data sheet for the door that was fitted. I am now getting a BER assessment and without this data sheet the door is not able to add anything to the assessment. Terrible customer service, they are now not answering emails or calls, no invoice or data sheet provided and installation was very low standard. I would avoid at all costs

He got stuck on the job in the morning as the client asked our technician if he can do the job on the spot and he agreed to do it (it was quite urgent). I found the company efficient, reliable, good value and professional. Communication with the office was sometimes difficult. I understand that this is the result of hard work and great interest on the part of customers. 😁 The guys (Łukasz and Daniel) are great. They work is amazing. They are always were on time ( worked 4 days in my home), very professional, clean and tidy. They were very patient answering all my questions. I am very happy with my new doors and windows.
